Thirst in the city
is not just about comfort
In summer we hide in the shade, in winter in closed spaces. When we're hungry, we know where to go.
When we're thirsty – we buy plastic.
Although water is a public good, in cities we often can't simply access it. If you're not in a café, shop, or home – a glass of clean drinking water becomes a luxury.
Meanwhile, millions of single-use bottles end up in bins, containers, rivers, and the sea. All for one sip.
Thirst is temporary.
The trace of plastic remains for decades.
